    This company is located in Irwindale, California and is full service manufacturer of Aerospace machined components and Aerospace Gearing for major industry leaders; and is growing rapidly!

     

    This team takes pride in working together to do whatever it takes to ensure they maintain that strong relationship that will allow them to maintain their status as a premier Aerospace supplier. They looking for up and coming talented CNC set up machinists to join their quickly growing team.

     

    In this role, you will be working with brand new state-of-the-art machines (including a Tsugami and soon to be SMX), and, for the right candidate, have the opportunity to grow into a set up machinist position.

     

    The Irwindale operation has over 80 people and 50 CNC machines.  

     

    There are current 2 first shift positions (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) and 2 second shift position (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) with plenty of overtime opportunities for both.

    Responsibilities

    • Operating CNC machines
    • Loading and unloading parts
    • Blueprint reading
    • Assist set up machinists 

    Qualifications

    • 1-2 years of experience operating lathe and or mill CNC machines
    • Ability to utilize inspection tools 
    • Familiarity with GD&T coding 
    • Experience with horizontal mills, HAAS and Doosan machines a plus
