  • Overview

    This 80+ year old company is looking to add to their team as they make the transition to a next-generation production facility, with a focus on creating the "shop of the future".  With a total of 6 facilities, this organization produces high-performance automotive parts and takes pride in their long-tenured employees. This position will reside in their Torrance location, which houses 300 employees and 80 CNC machines. 


    In this role, you will be given the opportunity to lead, from a technical perspective, a cell with 2-3 CNC machines.  In doing this, you make a significant impact within the company as they continue to update and evolve into an advanced, more fully automated, manufacturing operation. 


    This will be a first shift position from 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM with some overtime opportunities available.

    • Oversee and manage a CNC cell of 2-3 machines
    • Troubleshoot/problem solve any issues 


    • Experience setting up and operating multiple 4-5 axis mills simultaneously 
    • Previous experience in a CNC cell manufacturing environment a plus 
    • Ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and improve processes preferred
    • Knowledge of Fanuc controls and Makino mills helpful, but not required
