Currently, the company is looking for a talented Tooling/Applications Engineer to work a 1st shift position out of the company's Addison facility. This 150,000 sqft location holds 117 employees (over 3 shifts) and even contains climated controlled areas. In sum, this role would allow you to make a significant impact on the company's productivity by improving process in areas such as reducing cycle times.

Maintain an accurate catalog of tooling
Create new tooling drawings and add them to the catalog
Oversee and track new tooling during manufacturing
Identify and implement cost effective ways to reduce manufacturing lead times by reducing machine and or queue times
Track and report cost savings
Minimum five years’ experience in designing work holding tooling
Knowledge of CNC machining operations
Proficiency with a computerized drafting program
Strong organizational skills
