    Responsibilities

    Coach, develop and lead a team of sales engineers, while driving business in your assigned territory.

     

    The ultimate goal, of course, is to grow market share for the Southern Ohio / KY market, by providing unique solutions for clients that meet our mission to "equip manufacturers to compete and win, both locally and globally".

     

     

    Principle Accountabilities: Develop and meet 30-60-90 day forecasts, prepare weekly reports for management and create and maintain builder relationships, as you develop your team.

     

     

    Qualifications
