This is a high mix operation where you will work on prototype / low batch parts, some volume production projects, and everything in between

As the Senior programmer, you will be tasked with innovating for the “now” and the future.  In this role you will work with brand new machines as you exercise your deep understanding of CAM programming (Fusion 360 experience would be great, but a deep understanding of most any CAM system is fine).  This is both a doing and teaching role as you ensure parts are being produced in the best and most efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Program 5 axis mills and / or  lathes with live tooling
  • Utilize Fusion 360 to develop programs
  • Teach and train apprentices 

Qualifications

  • 5 axis programming experience (Including 3+2 and/or 4+1)
  • Exceptional knowledge of CAM systems (MasterCAM, Esprit, Fusion 360)
  • A team orientated and innovated mindset as it relates to manufacturing
  • Fanuc control experience
  • Advanced knowledge in GD&T
  • Ideally posses strong lathe experiences ( live tooling would be a big plus! But if not, this position would be a great opportunity to learn it.)
