Located in Canal Fulton, OH, this family oriented company of 20 years is dedicated to designing and producing high quality products for a variety of clients. This is a job shop with mostly prototype, one-off parts and low production runs (25-50 pieces). Their 18,000 sq ft facility homes 14 CNC machines and 9 employees. They also have invested yearly in new machines while maintaining a debt free financial standing!

They are currently looking for a hands-on experienced CNC machinist, to act as the right hand person with the owner, to program lathes with live tooling utilizing BobCAM (or similar CAM System), taking ideas from print to 1st article. This role will also put you in position to coach and mentor a very skilled, tight knit, group of machinists.


This is a 1st shift position from 7AM-3PM Monday through Friday.

  • Program live tooling lathes, using BobCAM (or similar system)
  • Set up, operate, and edit programs for CNC lathes
  • Supervise and assist operators/machinists
  • Perform inspections


  • Background programming with a CAM system (BobCAM preferred)
  • Strong set-up and troubleshooting experience of CNC lathes (sub spindle and live tooling)
  • Experience utilizing Fanuc controls
  • Background mentoring or training others
