CNC Mill Machinist

This company located in Youngstown OH and originally founded in 1918, is looking to add to their team individuals that are eagar to specialize in Industry 4.0 processes through training on high-end machines.

Starting within industrial manufacturing, the company has evolved with the times, transitioning into a more advanced business model. As they have continuously reinvested into their company with the addition of cutting edge technology, they are looking to add to their team a CNC Machinist, although this role allows for much more than just operating a machine. They are currently in the final stages of developing a Doosan 5 axis mill integrated with multiple high end machine tool monitoring, measuring systems, and robotics movement, with the goal of creating a state of the art manufacturing cell. 

In this role, you will be part of becoming a corner piece in this new market development, learning the technological capabilities ins and outs. In addition, this position allows for ample possibilities for growth by learning from top of the industry machinists and programmers. 

This company provides flexible 1st shift hours on a 4/10 schedule.

• Setting up and operating for Doosan CNC mill
• Operate and utilize a wide variety of high end machine technology including laser scanners, machine monitors, robotics movements, and more
• Document and establish SOPs for development of new cells

• Strong setting up experience of mill machines (5 axis Doosan a plus)
• Ability to read and edit programs at the machine
• Experience working with Industry 4.0 technologies
• Considerably technology savvy and aware of where challenge might arise
• Must posses a desire to excel and succeed while paying keen attention to detail
• Previous experience with Faro arms, CMM programming, Fanuc Robots, machine monitoring systems and the like is a plus!
