CNC Machinist

For over 113 years, this company, located in Cleveland, OH, manufactures a variety of custom tooling parts by utilizing many different machines. They carry a very strong backlog of orders and are a world leader in the industry due to their quick delivery time.

The operation has over 40 machines with 13 employees and their goal is to cross train. This is a great opportunity to hone your current skills.

This is a 1^st shift position from 7 AM – 3:30 PM Monday – Friday with ample overtime. Hours are flexible to change after training.

• Set up and operate CNC lathes or mills
• Edit programs at the machines
• Perform first article and in process inspections
• Perform general maintenance on the machines
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities

• Experience setting up and operating lathes or mills (both is a plus)
• Ability to edit programs at the machine
• Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
• Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
• Trade school completion is also a big plus!
