This very well funded start up company, currently located in Hawthorne, CA, is revolutionizing the CNC manufacturing of aerospace and defense products by using cutting edge technology to create automation from start to finish. Their goal is to create a more fully automated, process driven enterprise that cuts out the mundane, tedious operations, and truly allows their talent to focus on innovation, improvements, and moving the business forward. With 35 employees currently, they are continuously growing by adding more mobility to their team and purchasing additional brand new high-end machinery. 


In this role you would be responsible for supporting operations of the machine shop floor, including forklift operation, setting tools, learning the ins and outs of the operations, and more! This is a clean, air conditioned, fast paced manufacturing facility with ample opportunities to grow.

Although driven and high paced, the company is dedicated to providing a strong work life balance providing flexible 1st shift scheduling Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM. They also provide above market compensation for all roles.

  • Support the operations of the machine shop
  • Assist with receiving materials and packaging for outside processing
  • Managing inventory
  • Operate forklifts and tool presetters
  • Transport parts to and from local outside processing vendors
  • Set up tools and work-holdings
  • Document processes
  • Obtain and move tools, supplies, and materials
  • Train under highly skilled machinists and programmers


  • Mechanically inclined
  • Previous hands on experience in a machining/manufacturing environment a plus!
  • Desire to grow in knowledge of aerospace manufacturing industry practices
  • Very strong work ethic and aptitude
  • Willingness to learn something new in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions and processes
  • Great attitude!
