This company, located in Cerritos, CA, is taking creation of products to the next level through engineering innovation. For over 25 years, their state-of-the-art technology serves premier technology companies around the globe. An elite team of about 100 employees work on a variety of machines including mills, lathes, mill turn, and grinders to manufacture precision equipment for their customers.


This is a truly unique role to bring machining capabilities in house and take ownership of a new position. With an emphasis on innovation and employee development, this is an opportunity to surround yourself with highly skilled manufacturing and engineering professionals.


In this role, you would utilize their brand-new Mill Turn to take parts from cradle to grave. This is a salaried position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal to maintain a strong work-life balance.

  • Program CNC Mill Turn
  • Edit programs as needed
  • Take parts from cradle to grave
  • Provide input to help select a CAM system 
  • Assist operator as needed


  • Read technical drawings and set up the machines in accordance with these blueprints
  • Experience programming CNC Mill Turn/Live Tooling machines
  • Experience setting up, operating, and editing programs for CNC lathes
  • Previous experience programming CNC machines using a CAD/CAM system (Esprit, Mastercam, CATIA, etc.)
