This company, located in Cerritos, CA, is taking creation of products to the next level through engineering innovation. An elite team of about 100 employees work on a variety of machines including mills, lathes, mill turn, and grinders to manufacture precision equipment for their customers.


This is a truly unique role to bring machining capabilities in house and take ownership of a new position. With an emphasis on innovation and employee development, this person will serve as a right hand to the senior programmer.


In this role, you would utilize their brand-new Mill Turn to take parts from cradle to grave. This is a 1st shift position with a flexible start time of 6 AM on Monday- Friday. The goal to maintain a strong work-life balance.

  • Set up and operate a variety of CNC machines (Mill Turn, lathe and mill)
  • Edit programs as needed
  • Perform first article and in process inspections
  • Perform general maintenance on the machines
  • Participate in Lean Manufacturing activities
  • Assist programmer as needed



  • Experience setting up and operating lathes or mills (both is a plus)
  • Ability to edit programs at the machine
  • Understanding of blueprints, drawings, and models
  • Knowledge of inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges etc.
