About the Role

Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join the team. In this role, you will set up and operate both CNC lathe and mill machines in a cell-based environment, producing short-run precision parts. This means no endless repetition — you'll stay hands-on and actively involved throughout production.

• 2nd shift
• Saturdays: Half-day shifts (as needed)

• Set up lathe & mill machines
• Adjust speeds & feeds
• Maximize run times
• Read and interpret blueprints or other drawings 
• Adhere to tolerances 
• Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, etc 
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
• Report issues and suggest improvements 

• 5+ years of experience on set up/operation/editing CNC lathe and/or mill machines
• Ability to read and interpret customer and engineer drawings and prints
• Knowledge of measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, indicators
