A precision manufacturing company based in Paramount, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Deburring Machinist with a background in aerospace or medical parts. This organization supports a range of high-precision industries including aerospace, cryogenics, automotive, and advanced technology.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience deburring aerospace and/or other AS/ISO components is required

  • Skilled in working with close tolerances and complex geometries

  • Proficient in using precision measuring tools and performing visual inspections

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet quality standards


Schedule & Benefits:

  • Hours: 1st Shift | Monday–Thursday (4x10) | Start time: 5:00 AM

    • Friday overtime typically available (5 AM–1 PM)

Responsibilities

  • Perform deburring, polishing, and finishing of machined parts using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment

  • Inspect parts for burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections in accordance with engineering drawings and specifications

  • Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings

  • Work with a variety of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, and other alloys

  • Maintain tight tolerances and surface finishes as required by industry standards (e.g., aerospace or medical)

  • Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions and quality

  • Collaborate with machinists, quality inspectors, and supervisors to ensure production goals and quality standards are met

  • Keep accurate records of work performed and adhere to documentation protocols

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

  • Identify and report non-conformities or potential improvements in processes

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on deburring experience in a precision manufacturing environment (aerospace or medical strongly preferred)

  • Strong familiarity with manual and pneumatic deburring tools (e.g.,needle files, air driven bur bits, carbide knifes, etc. )

  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications

  • Knowledge of inspection and measurement equipment

  • High attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

  • Basic understanding of quality assurance practices and ISO or AS9100 standards

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Good communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Physical ability to lift parts, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks with precision

  • A desire to grow and learn
